GOLDEN RIVER VEINS

The aerial photographs show tinted fluvial structures below a glacier in the eastern part of Switzerland.
The golden coloring comes from particles which are deposited on the glacier during an extreme Sahara Sand -event.
The particles are washed out during the melting process in early spring, tinting the river structures below in a subtle golden color for a short period of time.

Earth is a closed system and everything is connected.
The global phenomena of change and transformation are reflected in the details of the photographs
